Service Credit Terms

These Service Credit Terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Apodex US, Inc. ("Apodex", "we", "us", "our"), and govern your purchase, receipt, or use of any credit redeemable for Apodex services ("Service Credit"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall carry the meanings assigned in the agreement governing your use of Apodex services — for individuals, our Consumer Terms of Service, and for businesses and developers, our Commercial Terms of Service (as applicable, the "Main Agreement").

1. Types of Service Credits

We may offer prepaid credits for designated services ("Prepaid Credits"), which represent advance payments for future use and are purchased for money. Specific services may be subject to additional terms. We may also provide credits free of charge under promotional programs ("Promotional Credits"). Promotional Credits shall not cover applicable transaction-based taxes (e.g., sales/use taxes).

2. Nature and Use of Credits

Service Credits are not legal currency and hold no monetary value. They are:

  • Not redeemable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, except where required by applicable law;

  • Non-transferable and tied solely to the designated service;

  • Subject to balance verification through your Apodex account;

  • Promotional Credits expire within a period as stated at the time of issuance. Prepaid Credits do not expire except to the extent permitted by applicable law, and we will handle any expiration, dormancy, or forfeiture of Prepaid Credits only as permitted by applicable law (including applicable prepaid-account and gift-certificate laws).

3. User Responsibilities

You must proactively monitor your credit balance via authorized platforms. Credits do not constitute:

  • Financial accounts or stored value instruments

  • Personal property rights

  • Substitutes for fiat currency

4. Restrictions and Enforcement

Any attempted transfer/sale/trade of credits violates these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate credit revocation

  • Service suspension or termination

  • Account closure in accordance with the Main Agreement

If we suspend, terminate, or close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms or the Main Agreement, we will refund the unused portion of any Prepaid Credits you purchased for money, to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms by posting updates on our website or sending email notifications. Continued use of credits after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. General Provisions

We may suspend/terminate services per the Main Agreement, including freezing credit balances in compliance with applicable laws. Except as required by applicable law or as set out in Section 4, prepaid sales are final. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
