Apodex Frontier Program Terms

The Apodex Frontier Program (the "Program") gives eligible institutions complimentary, pilot access to the Apodex Platform for evaluation. These Frontier Program Terms summarize how the Program works. Participation is governed by the Pilot Institutional User Agreement (the "Agreement"), which the institution accepts online when it submits the Request Form. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Agreement, which incorporates Apodex's Commercial Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and, where Apodex processes personal data, the Data Processing Addendum. If there is any conflict between this summary and the Agreement, the Agreement controls.

1. How to Join

Eligible institutions apply through Apodex's online Request Form. On the Request Form, the institution provides its details, elects its product(s) and complimentary allocation tier, makes its data-training and publicity elections, and accepts the Pilot Institutional User Agreement by checking the acceptance box. Apodex may approve, request more information about, or decline any application in its sole discretion; submission does not guarantee access.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

Every user account must be registered with a work email on the institution's own corporate domain (no personal or third-party email domains). The institution designates an Institutional Account Administrator to manage its organization account, user roster, and any API keys, and is responsible for the security of the organization account, API keys and all activity under it.

3. Complimentary Allocation

On approval, Apodex provisions the elected complimentary allocation (Apodex App credits and/or an Apodex API prepaid balance) for the pilot term. Allocations are provided for evaluation only, refresh on the cycle stated in the Agreement, do not carry over, expire when unused, and have no cash value, as further described in the Agreement.

4. Data and Model Training

Because the Program is complimentary and provided for evaluation, Apodex may use content generated within the Program to train and improve its models, unless the institution opts out in the Request Form (or later through account settings or by contacting legal@apodex.com). Opting out does not affect access to the Program's core features. Safety, security, de-identified, and legally required uses continue to apply, and any personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum. See Section 3.2 of the Agreement for details.

5. Governing Terms

The Program is governed by the Pilot Institutional User Agreement and the terms it incorporates, including their governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions.
