Apodex Frontier Program Terms

These Apodex Frontier Program Terms (“Frontier Terms”) apply only to institutions that register for the Apodex Frontier Program through Apodex's online Request Form. They supplement and are incorporated into Apodex's Terms of Service and the API Service Agreement (together, the “Underlying Terms”).

1. Acceptance

By submitting the Request Form and checking the agreement box, Institution agrees to these Frontier Terms and the Underlying Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  1. Institution provides its basic information on the Request Form.

  2. Every user account must be registered with a work email on Institution's own corporate domain (no personal or third-party email domains).

  3. The Request Form must list at least three (3) individual users (name, title, work email), one designated as the Institutional Account Administrator responsible for the Org Code (Section 3) and the user roster.

  4. Apodex may approve, request more information from, or decline any Request Form in its sole discretion; submission does not guarantee access.

3. Scope of Frontier Access & Credits

3.1 Subscription & Credit Allocation

Upon approval, Apodex will assign Institution a monthly subscription tier and, at Apodex's discretion, a monthly allocation of complimentary evaluation credits (“Trial Credits”) to be used on the Apodex platform. The allocation is as follows:

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: Will be confirmed in Apodex's approval notice by email.

  • Access Level: Full access to Deep Research, Deep Solve, and Deep Discover modes, or such other scope as Apodex specifies in the approval notice.

  • Trial Credits Refresh: Any Trial Credits granted refresh monthly at Apodex's discretion; unused Trial Credits remaining at the end of a calendar month do not carry over and expire.

  • Maximum User Accounts: Institution may register up to the number of individual user accounts approved on the Request Form (or subsequently agreed with Apodex) under the Org Code. Each account must use Institution's own institutional domain email.

  • Institutional Account Administrator: Institution shall designate an Institutional Account Administrator to manage distribution of the Org Code and allocation of the Subscription and any Trial Credits among the registered user accounts.

3.2 Access Control

Apodex will issue a unique Organization Access Code (“Org Code”) to Institution. Institution's authorized personnel may use the Org Code to link their individual accounts to Institution's subscription and credit pool. Institution is solely responsible for the security and distribution of the Org Code. The Org Code and any Trial Credits may not be transferred or shared with any third party.

4. Feedback

Institution is encouraged, but not required, to designate a liaison and share periodic feedback with Apodex on system performance, case studies, and feature requests, to help Apodex improve the Services. Use of any such feedback is governed by the Underlying Terms.

5. Need Something More?

Institution is welcome to reach out to us at support@apodex.com so we can discuss the further arrangement together.
